I was banned, but when I recieved news from Siamese712, that LUO was back, I checked it out, and I was able to post again, but Siamese told me she still couldn't, and that a lot of other people were still banned too.  So on behalf of her, and any others who couldn't access it, I PM'd Cali and she said that she was in the process of unbanning people.


But if you guys would like, I can PM her again for you!

Hey, Cali-Bunny!

I'd like to first say, thank you so much for restoring all of the old topics back to their original state before the 'Cleansing' occurred - I thought that my favourite website was done for, but now it's back - along with all of the kind comments for my fanfiction 'The Big Mistake' - So I thank you dearly for that, as it's great to be able to read the helpful and encouraging comments of my readers once more!


But, sadly, during the 'takedown' of LUO by the hacker who successfully posed as FranzNerdlinger and was able to delete everything, the hacker was also able to ban many people from the website - successfully allowing others to be unable to post comments - not even anonymously.


Mainly the bannings took place when people tried to recreate the old topics (Like me) and when people complained to the hacker about what had happened.


These minor incidents led to people leaving the site - not even wanting to talk or consider options, much to my disliking - I liked the friends I had made here!


But, in light of the OC catastrophe which I think caused this, Bandkanon and Cassidy Coyote created a new site dedicated to OC's and the Loonatics, named 'Loonatics Unleashed And You'.  The link is below.

After wanting to see what my 'Biography' stated, I revisited this site, and logged in, expecting it to read: 'This IP has been banned.'  Like it had said when I had tried to log in when I had been banned - But strangely, this time it didn't.


Today, on DeviantArt, I recieved a journal entry from Siamese712, stating that she had also revisited the site for her own reasons, only to find that you were able to restore everything back to its original state!


I replied to her entry, telling her how happy I was, and we had begun talking, but she has recently told me that her IP is stil banned, and she cannot even contact you (Via this site) anonymously, because her IP number is apparently banned from allowing her to log in. 



NatyNicole and I See Your True Colours, were able to get back here too, yet they were also banned, like me, and I'm not sure about some of the others, though. 


I told Siamese that, on her behalf, I would PM you and tell you about this conumdrum, to ask if you knew anyway around this so that she, and any other people who have been banned, will be able to access the site that they love so much, again.


I'd hate that Siamese wouldn't be able to come back here, she has some amazing, and very popular, stories on this site, and is liked by lot's of people that were here,  for her art skills, writing skills, and kind words - and I'm sure that as an administrator for such a successful fan-website, you would also hate that such a person wouldn't be able to post here again.


And so a solution to this banning problem would be greatly appreciated by anyone, and everyone who may be experiencing some difficulties with returning to the site. 


On behalf of everyone who was saddened by LUO's demise, I thank you full-heartedly that you were able to return things to their normal state, and that we can look back at the memories of such great discussions, and friendships, and know that they weren't lost for good.

 :) No problem. It's good to see some old faces. I've now unbanned quite a few people, probably including some trolls, but that can't be helped and they can always be rebanned.

I had joined to late to be included in anything, and there were so many people that no one really noticed what I posted. Here, I feel like part of the group. I've put down more roots here than I did at LUO. I'll just pop in there from time to time, to see how it's coming-back along. I will definitely keep reading the fan-fiction there though.
