There once lived a family of balloons. There was a mother balloon, a father balloon and a baby balloon. For years, the baby balloon slept in his parent's bed, for he was afraid of the dark. However, as he grew older, it was becoming difficult to fit the entire family into one bed. One night, the father balloon sat his son down for a talk. "You need to start sleeping in your own bed," he said, "because you're too big to fit in with us." The baby balloon nodded and was tucked into his own bed and kissed goodnight. Later, however, he woke up, unable to sleep. He decided that he would sneak into his parent's room for just one last night. But as he tried to slip into their bed, he realised that he WAS too big to fit in. So, he crept over to his mother and let a little air out of her. He still didn't fit. So he crept over to his father and let a little air out of him. But he STILL didn't fit, so he eventually let a little air out of himself. After that, he fit into the bed nicely. The next day, both of his parents confronted him. "Son," the father balloon began. "Last night, you let your mother down, you let me down and you let yourself down."
