Yes, I will start this shiznit, since I'm apperently in a writing moos tonight. X)




Ozzie stared in bewilderment at what lay before him. Horror plastered on his desperate face as he looked around at the hopeless odds ahead of him. In his long life he had faced up against many many things that shook him to the core of his sould. Dark dragons, ogres, manticores, shadow creatures, witches, werebeasts, teenage girls...but nothing, nothing was compared to this.
Looking out of the elevator Ozzie took in the scene of the 19 minors he had been asked to babysit while their super hero parents were gone for the night off on some secret mission. It wouldnt had been so bad considering he was totally used to babysitting the Loonatic kids now, but his usual help wasn't there. Mairi Lyre, Rip Runner, Vix Fox, and the Gonzalez brothers weren't there to lend a few helping hands. Mairi was in a council meeting, possibly pulling the rubber pencil trick on the secratary of state at the moment, Vix and Rip were out, and the Gonzalez brothers were...unrelable. They only came to help when they had nothing better to do.Thankfully Ozzie had some help in a couple of the older kids so things shouldnt be too bad.
"Head's up!"
"GAH!" The ferret ducked just in time as a water balloon filled with green paint splattered against one of the elevator doors. Ozzie straightened up and looked around for the fugitive, laying eyes finally on a young boy coyote and a human boy with wings. Trick and Noah smiled sheepishly and bolted out of there.
Meanwhile a group of teenagers sat behind the couches, sitting low on the floor so that they looked less suspicious, talking over the plans they had for that night.
Cale Coyote took out a folded peice of paper from her jeans pocket. "Okay, so I have our "Must Do." list right here, jsut to start us off for the night.
Avril Runner nodded her head. "Right, and then we make things up as we go."
Avril's twin bother, Ash, looked over the paper curiously, a little bit of convern in his blue eyes. "Are you guys sure this is a good idea?"
Pierce Duck corssed his arms as he leaned back against the couch next to Ash. "Of course its not. That's why they're doing it. And the only reason we're willingly going with them is because we already know very well they'll get us off our tails to go with them eventually."
"It's set in stone, Pierce. We're all going. Every single one of us." Cale smirked a sharp, toothy grin as she lay out a map of Acmetropolis."

Ozzie shook his head at the teens, tutting as if disappointed. "Normally I would be okay with you guys being out late to go to the park or an ice cream shop but this is a bit too exentric don't you think?"
Cale folded the paper back up, grabbing Ozzie from off her head as she did and plopping him down on the couch. "I don't see how its any of your business."
"I'm in charge."
"Of them." Cale thumbed to the younger kids. "We're not babies anymore."
"Um, Cale, maybe we should just listen to him." Ash interupted.
Avril nodded. "Yeah, we should stay here."
Cale blinked wide eyed at Avril. "What?"
Avril stared her down. "We should stay here...."
It took Cale a moment but then she turned to Ozzie and sighed. "Okay, fine. We'll stay. Happy?" Cale got up with the others and walked off. Ozzie stared them down suspiciously until a splatter of red paint hit the window.
"Trick! Noah!"



Pierce crossed his arms. "So when are we leaving?"
Cale gave him a smirk. "Tonight after everyone's asleep."

The easedropping had a chain effect though and Tarne, Trick, and Noah backed away from the bedroom door to discuss there own plans. Tarne jerked a tumb in the direction they had just came from. "Here that? That's got blackmail written all over it..."
Trick rubbed his paint covered paws together. "One of my favorite words."
Noah shifted back and forth on his feet in excitement. "Oh! Oh! Does this mean we're going to call an LK meeting?!"
Tarne nodded. "That's exactly what it means."
"Hehehe. Exclellent."
The three ran off for the "Heat Room" (I can't remember what its called but its the room where that big glowy hot thing was in the episode with mastermind.)


About 10 minutes later, Ozzie was looking around for the three boys when a deep, Darth Vader voice called over the intercom, "Spearows to the nest! Spearows to the nest!"
Ozzie scratched his head. Where had he heard that be.......uh oh. The ferret gasped and dashed down the hall back to the living room where he had left everyone. The room was empty. "Gah! Not again! I swear I need to find where they have those LK meetings." T___T
Since AJ found the "Heat Room" that warmed up the entire tower during winter, it had become the Loonatic Kids' normal hiding spot where everyone, even the older kids, got together to discuss different stuff. Newt at age 9 had snuck into Tech's lab and stole an intercom mic that could change your voice. But the whole LK meeting thing didn't work unless they were being babysat and their parents were away because there were less people to follow where they went to hide. And Lady Luck said they only had one to worry about.
To top things off there were several hidden doors that led to the "Heat Room" so they could sneak into the closest one without being seen. Tarne, Trick, and Noah were in the center of attention when everyone piled in, Ash in his ice suit or else he would have been melted down to a puddle.
Trick tapped Tarne's shoulder. "Let me do this. Don't want to make you look bad infront of your girly friend." Tarne blushed madly and was about to reply when Trick started. "Friends! Siblings! Lend me your ears! We have just received news that the big kids are going out for a little spin tonight!"
The "big kids" sat shifty eyes, surprised they had been found out, as everyone else stared at them. Trick continued. "AND they were going to leave us here to rot under the babysitter's thumb while they go out and have a hoot of a time! Now take it, I like Ozzie, but this is our big chance to get out and raid the town of all its wonders! What do you say?!"
Cale snarled. "I say I'm going to kill you--"
Trick held up his hand. "Nu-uh! You don't let us come then I'm calling mom and dad." He held up a small comunicator.
"--you genius child." Cale grunted, slouching to the floor. "Fine. Fine. Name your terms." T___T
"Take us all with you. Everyone. Even Excla."
The little robot piped up from the control box. "BUTTONS!!!"
Phinny walked over, picked the little robot up, and then tucked him under his arm like a purse and carried him away from any future destruction.

Felicity stared owlishly at her young friends and looked away for a moment, sensing she may have said something wrong. "Well...we would be lying to mommy and daddy. And sneaking is bad too. I was thinking a little and I would say by doing this we'd be breaking a lot of rules."
Cale crossed her arms at her sister. "Mommy and daddy won't know if we don't tell them, now will they?"
Cale looked down at Kayla and the wolf scratched her ear. "Kayla says that's still lying."
"Well. Here's what we can do, Felicity. We can all go out and have fun, get ice cream, got to the park, see a movie, and you can stay here playing the Wonder Weasel. What do you say?"
Feleicity went silent a moment but then looked back up at her sister with a smile. "There;s going to be ice cream?"
"Lots."
"Welll.......I guess its okay if we're just going out for ice cream......Can we bring Ozzie and Kayla?"
"Nope."
"Aaaaw!!!" DB

By the time it had gotten to around 9 that night, poor Ozzie had been worn to the bone. He didn't realise it, but every time a picture was drawn on a wall, or food was spilt, or a fight broke out, or a vase was dropped it was all on purpose to tire him out. And it worked. The fuzzy sitter was zooming from one end of the tower to the next cleaning paint off of walls, picking up messes, retreiving crying littles, getting food, and just plain trying to make the kids behave while keeping the house clean. It didn't help that he was a total push over and would let all of them get away with murder and not even raise his voice. Before he could even acknoledge that it was almost the little one's bedtime he had dropped unconcious on a pillow that had been knocked to the floor.
The Loonaic kids all stood in a ring over the out cold ferret, looking down at him.
"...Think he's dead?" Tarne asked.
"I think he's snoring a little loud to be dead." Avril enquired.
The ferret mumbled a little and rolled over from his stomach to his back. "Turnips tunred out good this year......"
"Yuck! Turnips!" Samantha the little bat girl made a face, her blind eyes crossing a little.
"He talks in his sleep. That's great. I'll need to record that some time." Trick snickerd.
Ash looked owlishly at him. "Well I for one feel pretty bad for him. Maybe we should leave a note or--"
"No way! No note! We're leaving now. Who here can drive really good because we're taking the big van." Cale said. She looked at Phinny. Everyone followed her gaze until Sam and Excla were the only ones not staring at him.
Phinny stood towering over them stonefaced. "........Seriously? I'm 13. What if we get pulled over?"
"You LOOK 20 Phin. We won't get pulled over if you do your job right."
"Fine."
Matty shifted up and down on his feet. "Oh! Can I--?!"
"No Matt! You can NOT merge with the car's engine and run in a street race. It's just not going to happen." Pierce looked at hisyounger brother sternly but the staticy duck just grinned even crazier. "Not what I was going to say but that's not a bad idea."

The kids all piled down to the gurage, surrounding a big, black, shiny van that Tech used when they needed to cary a giant death ray or when the kids were invited to a birthday party. Both occasions happened often. Phinny grabbed the handle but it stuck and he shrugged. "Oh lookie here. Locked."
Matty D. rubbed his gloved hands together as he giggled meniacly and zpped himself into the van itself. Within seconds the van clicked with the sound of the doors unlocking and then the vehicle beeped confirmation that it was open. Phinny climbed in with Ash next to him in the passenger's seat. Avril and Cale opened up the sliding back doors and the other kids clampered in, going to their nomral seats and buckling...for the most part. Pierce had to get a couple of them to quit being difficult and was about to give a "Stay Safe" lecture when Avril clamped his bill shut.
 "....Anyone seen Excla?" Ash asked as he turned around to the others. They all shrugged. There was a sudden thud from the roof and Excla was heard laughing anf hollering. "YAY! Giddy up doggy! Go go go!"
Pierce looked up in concern. "Should we--"
"No no. Just leave him up there. Trust me." Aj said quickly as he leaned out the window to see Excla holding onto the bars attatched to the roof and pretending it was a bucking bronco.
"Alrighty then...are we ready?!" Cale called to the otehrs.
"YEAH!"
"You ready to PARTY?!"
"YEAH!!!"
Avril pumped her fist up. "Well then lets do what Excla says! Lets go go go!!!!"
The gurauge door opened slowly, letting the street light light up the dark room. A sudden thrill ran through ever body in the van and they all held there breaths as Phinny backed up and drove the van of rebelious children of into the night, all of them letting out thrilling whoops and cries.



Meanwhile, back in the tower, the exsausted ferret rolled over a second time, but this time face first onto the floor. ".....ow." Ozzie rubbed his throbbing nose as he sat up and took in his surroundings. He held his breath with a quick gasp. The tower was completely dark, quiet.....and empty. Ozzie moaned and lay his face back down into the carpet. "I'm getting too old for this......."

(If Matty was still in the van it would be so cool if he was talking to them through the radio. XD)

Ruby sat sandwiched between Celeste and Noah, her feet dangling off the seat on the account of being too short to reach to bottom. Hesitantly, she nudged Noah on the shoulder to make him pull out of his animated conversation with Trick, "Are you sure mummy and daddy won't mind, Noah?"

Her brother beamed excitedly down at her, "Of course Rubs."

Besides being only 5 years old, there were things Ruby La'More could always be sure of. One of them was:

Whenever Noah grinned like that, be afraid. Be very afraid.

Struck by a sudden thought, she grasped hold of both Noah’s and Celeste’s hands, “If I go missing, will you come look for me?”

Both of them barely blinked at the question, Ruby was known to sprout seeming random questions at the most unlikely times. Her most recent question was aimed at Isaac: Which do you love more; this tree or me?

At that was this morning.

“Sure Rubs,” Celeste smiled distractedly, squeezing her sister’s hand quickly before looking back at Felicity.

Noah paused, peering down at the little girl. It was the way she smiled, the quiet twinkle in her blue eyes that made him re-think his answer. For a second, the lighting in the van suddenly made Ruby looked more uncannily like… his mother. Her usual curious smile and familiar knowing look to whatever was on his mind present on her face.

A second later it was gone.

He lifted his hand and ruffled her hair fondly, “You can bet on it Rubs. I won’t let anything happen to you. Promise.”

If only he knew what was in store for them that night… he probably would have regretted making that promise.

Newt nodded in approval and signed something towards Felicity, who was oblivious to his gestures. Matty D.'s voice crackled over the radio as he translated. "Newt thinks that's a wonderful name."

Cale glared at Pierce, who shrugged nonchalantly. "Just because they're my brothers, doesn't mean I'm responsible for them encouraging your little sister."

Especially with Newt and Matty D. encouraging her.

Everyone in the van nodded. Cale pulled out the map and "To Do" list from her pocket and looked them over again. "Alright, the closest place from here is... RollerSkateLand." She sighed.

Samantha cheered. "Yay!"

Phinny pulled up to a parkinglot alongside a large, neon lit building and the kids piled out, keeping close to the car. Ash came out last and pulled out some straws from bellow the seat for when the kids had snacks in the van. He took some scissors out of the glove compartment and and started to cut them up. He then turned to the others and held them out.
"Alright, here. Everyone gets a straw besides Samantha. Longest to shortest depends on what we all want to do tonight in order. We're pulling an all nighter apperently so we'll have time to get to everyone. Now pull."
Everyone did so and then looked at their starws. There were outward triumph cries and defeated moans. One of the moans coming from Cale. "I got the smallest!"
"Karma." Ash coughed into his hand. "Okay then! Lets see!....Uh huh. That decides it! In order we have Quinton, Pierce, Ruby, Avril, Excla, Phinny, AJ, Newt, Issac, Felicity, Celeste, Tarne, myself, Matty D., Noah, Trick, Vanessa and Cale. When it gets to your turn you tell everyone the one big thing you want to do tonight and we'll do it. No questions asked....Unless it dangerous. Or inapropriate. Then I'll have to put my foot down for that one."
Cale scoffed, "Yes daaad." T____T

Quinton sighed, staring at his straw. He didn't CARE where they went. He stared at Cale.
"Here, take my straw. I could possibly care less about this expedition." he stated dully.
"Plus, I have no idea what to do. You're the adventurous one." and with this, Quinton took the last straw and replaced it with the first.
He nodded and then waited for whatever Cale had in mind.

Cale smiled widely at her younger cousin. "Quinton, you wonderful bundle of emo. You're the best cousin ever." ^.^ She ruffled the patch of hair at the top of his head. Quinton only replied with a glare.
Felicity ran up and grabbed Cale's hand. "Come on, Sissie! They're going!!!!" She shouted excitedly, pulling her older sibling along.
