How can I change my user title?

Does anybody know how to change the user title that's right under your picture? I mean, all you guys have cool or funny quotes under your pic, how do you change it? Is it something only mods can do? I'm sick of just having "Veteran Member" under my picture. How do I change it!?!

Only the mods and the admin can do it. You have to ask one of them to change it to...whatever the hell you want written there.
